That’s right folks, A Year in Dance is in FULL SWING, so far there’s been lots of stage dancing, living room dancing, and even a little beach dancing! I’m updating daily at www.yearindance.com a experimental, life-as-art dance project! Join me! So I’m collaborating with all kinds of people this month! Last month it was The Main Attraction and you will see our number at the Year in Dance Finale which will be some time around September 2011!

This month is special because you have the opportunity to nominate and vote for me in the Golden Pastie Awards if you so desire!

Hi Folks! It’s JULY! My favorite month! Well, it’s my birthday on July 31st and it’s a special one, you know one of the ones that ends in a zero!

The other reason is that it’s The Schlep Sisters show on JULY 9TH THE SCHLEP FAMILY SHENANIGANS! I’m very excited and I hope you can make it down to our Summer share in Coney Island on Friday, July 9th!

The Schlep Sisters are hosting a family reunion and you’re invited! They’re gathering their eccentric burlesque family at their Coney Island Summer Share for a raucous reunion dinner.

Starring The Schlep Sisters, Minnie Tonka and Darlinda Just Darlinda; Bunny Love as Bubbe Love, who flies in from Boca Raton with her hot, young goy boy toy, Go-Go Harder, the Shabbes Goy; Raven Snook as the overbearing triple D, Mama Schlep; Mel Frye as the Drunk Uncle who doesn’t leave home with out a full bottle of Manischewitz; Julie Atlas Muz as the 2^nd Cousin twice removed and a product of an interfaith one night stand; Little Brooklyn as Cousin Schlep, returns from a night in jail after riding the Cyclone in the nude; and hosted by the twisted and loveable Bastard Keith as Brother Schlep.

THE SCHLEP FAMILY SHENANIGANS is a rowdy, zany, not-to-be-missed spectacle. Come join the Schlep Tribe as they celebrate their inappropriate and outrageous burlesque family!

NYC’s biggest burlesque stars are ready for battle – and this time it’s biblical, as they fight to decide which holiday is hotter: Easter or Passover.

In one corner, the juiciest Jewesses this side of Mount Sinai are spitting out their matzos and gearing up for a face-off that’s hotter than horseradish. In the other corner, the curviest Christians since Mary Magdalene are ripping off their Easter bonnets and preparing for a rumble that’s stickier than marshmallow Peeps.

THE BURNING BUSH VS. THE SECOND COMING is a bawdy, action-packed, not-to-be-missed burlesque showdown pitting Moses against Jesus, resurrection against liberation, chocolate bunnies against gefilte fish. So come cheer for your favorite prophet and see which side wins.
