Ahh April, spring is showing it’s lovely ways and there is all sorts of fun to be had if you join me! A couple of great benefits April 1st is for the Management’s 2009 season and April 11 and 16th are both benefits for Coney Island!! Night of a Thousand Stevies is coming up in May and I just can hardly wait for spring to show it’s face for REAL!

Inspired by our upcoming spectacle, Caitlin and the Swan, the party will be hosted by burlesque sensation Darlinda Just Darlinda, with performances by local divas Anita Cookie, Veronica del Rio, Deity, and Darlinda herself. Porno bingo through the night with prizes provided by Babeland and beer provided by Brooklyn Brewery! $20 at the door, first beer’s on us, $2 after that. On Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 7P.M. at the Slipper Room, 167 Orchard Street, NYC, the Schlep Sisters present a special Passover edition of Kosher ChiXXX the all-Jewish burlesque revue where the Big Apple’s juiciest Jewesses who will strut their ample tuchuses for folks who like to keep their fantasies kosher.
Kosher ChiXXX Passover Style is a sexy, sultry all-Jewish burlesque extravaganza in honor of Passover, one of those uplifting Jewish holidays when members of the tribe celebrate the fact that we avoided slavery and extermination…again. It’s one of our most festive holidays, a time for eating matzah and getting drunk off of 4 glasses of wine. Why stay home asking the traditional Passover questions, “Why is this night different from all other nights?” when we have all the answers, live on stage.
